November through the end of April for the primary ski season
June and July for off-piste activities and even some skiing on the Pisaillas glacier depending on snow conditions

Best Activities:

Drive or bike the mountain pass Route des Grandes Alps. You’ll want to hit the brakes and pause to take in the serene beauty of the view from Col de l’Iseran, the highest road on the mountain pass at 2,770 metres.
Experienced skiers will love the challenge of the ski area’s multiple red and black runs.
Inexperienced skiers can take a class at one of the many ski schools; there are over a dozen in the area. We recommend Oxygène or Evolution 2 Val d’Isère.
Play at the Val d’Isère snowpark, which has 25 rails, 3 border crosses, and open practice areas.
